Mike Watts, CPA

Mike was appointed to the  Arkansas State Board of Public  Accountancy by Governor Mike  Beebe on August 27, 2014.  He is  a retired accounting professor  from Little Rock, Arkansas.  His  term expires in August of 2019.

 

 

Secretary

Sherry Chesser, CPA

Sherry was appointed to the Arkansas State Board of Public Accountancy by Governor Asa Hutchinson in September 2015.  Sherry is a partner with Thomas & Thomas LLP in Little Rock.  Her term expires in August of 2020.

 

 

Treasurer 

David Vaden, CPA 

David was appointed to the Arkansas State Board of Public Accountancy by Governor Asa Hutchinson in September 2016. His term expires in August of 2021.

Deana Infield, CPA

Deana was appointed to the Arkansas State Board of Public Accountancy by Governor Asa Hutchinson in September 2017.  She is a partner with Beall Barclay in Fort Smith, Arkansas.  Her term expires in August of 2022.

Richard L. Bell, JD, CPA, CVA

Richard was appointed to the Arkansas State Board of Public Accountancy by Governor Asa Hutchinson in August 2018.  He is the founder and CEO of Bell & Company, P.A. in North Little Rock.  His term expires in August of 2023.

Kevin Canfield, (Public Representative)

Kevin was appointed to the Arkansas State Board of Public Accountancy as one of our public, non-CPA members by Governor Asa Hutchinson in August 2018. He lives in Springdale and retired from Procter and Gamble after 37 years with the company. Kevin is originally from Indiana and obtained his Bachelor’s degree from Ball State, where he played football. He is a published author, having written a book entitled “Mastering Sales” and is currently publishing a blog called "The View from the Middle." We are excited to have Kevin as a Board member and look forward to his contributions in the coming years. His term expires in August of 2023.

Denton Woods, JD (Public Representative)

Denton was appointed to the Arkansas State Board of Public Accountancy by Governor Asa Hutchinson in September 2017. He is an attorney with RMP, LLP Attorneys at Law in Fayetteville, Arkansas.  His term expires in August of 2022.
